’. Vinod Guruvayoor who has earlier helmed ‘Sakalakalashala’ is directing ‘Mission-C’. The director himself has crafted the script and the team is currently filming in Ramakkalmedu, Idukki. Sarath Appani will be essaying the lead character and a newbie has roped in to play the female lead. The team has been filming for over a week now and Sarath Appani took to his social media handle to announce the news. “It’s my pleasure to announce my upcoming film Mission-C,” Sarath Appani said in his Instagram post. Here’s the post. ‘Mission-C’ is helmed by director Vinod Guruvayoor and is backed by M Square Cinema.On the technical side, Sushanth Sreeni has roped in as the lensman and Riyas K Badhar is in charge of the edits. Hony and Parthasarathy are managing the music department, while Aby Tom Cyriac will be handling the background score.

Sarath Appani, who debuted in M-Town with Lijo Jose Pellissery’s ‘Angamaly Diaries’ grabbed eyeballs with his enthralling performance as Appani Ravi.

The actor has also appeared in films 'Velipadinte Pusthakam', 'Pokkiri Simon', 'Paipin Chuvattile Pranayam' and 'Sachin' among others.
