“If some of you, anyone among who’s watching this video is a person who have been facing the issue - let whoever speak whatever. You are beautiful in your own way. It doesn’t matter if you are fat or thin or black or white or anyway different, you are unique in your own way. Love yourself and courage up yourself in telling that truth to anyone who’s trying to indulge in your life or the way you live it. Be healthy, rather than just a beauty in appearance,” Sanusha penned.

She also emphasized that people cannot judge others based on their appearance. “If there’s anyone in viewers, who’s good at body shaming others, understand the fact that you are the one that’s ugly and not the one who you are judging based on the appearance. Always be a part of people’s personal growth and not in ruining the peace or happiness of others. Understand you have the right to make people understand about good health and vice versa. But not entitled to judge or do anything that cuts off any person’s confidence to live their life their own way in their own terms. Stop yourself from harming others in any way with your perspectives. You have no right to ruin somebody’s life. The ultimate goal is to love ourselves along the journey of life. Be healthier. Be happier,” Sanusha said, wrapping up the note.
