Sangeeth Sivan reminisces his debut directorial ‘Vyuham’ as it clocks 32
Sangeeth Sivan’s debut directorial ‘Vyuham’ has clocked 32 years since its release. The film was released in November in 1990. Starring Raghuvaran, Sukumaran, Captain Raju, Babu Antony, Urvashi, Rajan P Dev and Parvathy Jayaram. As the film clocked 32, Sangeeth Sivan took to his social media handle and reminisced the film, and also expressed gratitude to the cast and crew of the film. The acclaimed filmmaker also dropped a poster of the film.

Helmed by Sangeeth Sivan, ‘Vyuham’ had Raghuvaran playing the lead role of Tony Leous, an undercover agent investigating the drug mafia in the city. The film also marked Raghuvaran’s return to M-Town after ‘Rugma’. Actors Urvashi, Kanakalatha, and Parvathy Jayaram too played some pivotal roles in the film. The cinematography for ‘Vyuham’ was done by the director’s brother acclaimed lensman Santosh Sivan. Award-winning editor A Sreekar Prasad handled the editing for the film. The music for the film was done by SP Venkatesh. The film was later dubbed into Tamil and was titled ‘Kaaval Athikari’.
On the other hand, Sangeeth Sivan’s recent outing was ‘Bhram’, a web series starring Kalki Koechlin.
