For some practicing yoga is a way of connecting with their inner self and for a few, it is a part of their lifestyle. Yesteryear actress Samyuktha Varma is someone who practices yoga without a fail. The actress believes in the positive energy that yoga brings and she often shares it with her Instagram family. Samyuktha has now shared a video of her doing the Shirshasana, headstand and shared that practicing yoga is all about some me time for her.

The beauty also shared that it makes her feel more alive, calm, and connected.
“My yoga practise. It doesn't matter if everthing is perfect. My practise… its my time… to feel more alive, calm and connected. Ther's no competition or judgement in yoga
(Practise in silence) (sic),” Samyuktha Varma penned in her Instagram post sharing the video.
