Samyuktha upset by Shine Tom Chacko’s remarks about her

Famous actress Samyuktha who is all set for her upcoming Telugu film ‘Virupaksha’, reportedly said that she was hurt by the actor Shine Tom Chacko’s remarks on her surname change. The actress said that Shine Tom Chacko simply made fun of her progressive decision and his words regarding the same have caused her pain.

During a press meet for the promotions of ‘Virupaksha’, Samyuktha said to the media that she really feels disgusted when someone calls her along with her surname ‘Menon’. Sadly there are certain media and people who still address her without removing her surname and the actress is not quite happy with that.
Samyuktha reportedly said that when she went for the Chennai promotions, the media kept calling her by her caste surname and she found it disgusting. She reportedly said that she decided to remove her caste surname as part of a progressive decision and seeing Shine Tom Chacko mocking her decision was truly painful for the ‘Virupaksha’ actress.
Meanwhile, a few months back Shine Tom Chacko criticized Samyuktha for not attending the promotional events of the latest film ‘Boomerang’. The actor reportedly said that whether you are a Christian, Menon, Nair, or even a Muslim, one should work properly and make sure that his or her film is reached a wider audience.
