Singer-actor-television personality Rimi Tomy is making heads turn with her fitness journey these days. The actress, who shed a lot of weight with right workout and diet, often shares glimpses of her journey. Rimi has now dropped a video, which gives a glimpse into all the progress she has made in the past six years in her fitness journey. From starting off the exercise and diet for weight management to eventually becoming addicted to good health and fitness, her journey is certainly inspiring.

In an earlier interview with Kochi Times, Rimi Tomy spoke about her weight loss journey. She said, “I’ve maintained an optimal weight through dieting for over a decade, but thanks to trainers, I’ve taken to working out and yoga. I didn’t believe in working out, but when it gives you results, you just become a regular with exercise. It’s also brought positive changes in life with better sleep and more discipline.”
