Rapper Dabzee joins Unni Mukundan’s action flick ‘Marco’

Indian rapper and singer Dabzee has officially joined the cast of Unni Mukundan’s highly anticipated action thriller ‘Marco’.

The announcement was made by Unni Mukundan himself, who took to Instagram to share the exciting update with fans.


Accompanied by a special poster featuring Dabzee, Unni Mukundan shared a note that read, “Welcome on Board - @dabztories - Indian Singer & Rapper popular through his tracks like – Illuminati (2024), Ballatha Jaathi (2024), Malabari Banger (2023), Khalbum Katti (2023), Manavalan Thug (2022), Olam Up (2023) and more.” It can be speculated that Dabzee will be composing the title track for ‘Marco’.”

Although specific details about Dabzee's role in the project are yet to be disclosed, speculation is rife that he will be composing the title track of ‘Marco’.

Marco, directed by Haneef Adeni, is a spin-off of the 2019 film ‘Mikhael’, in which Unni Mukundan reprises his role as Marco, a formidable gangster. The film promises to be an action-packed thriller with an intense storyline and a stellar cast, including Kabir Duhan Singh, Yukti Thareja, Siddique, Jagadish, Anson Paul, Mathew Varghese, and Ajit Koshy.

The film's music is being composed by Ravi Basrur, the celebrated music director behind the ‘KGF’, ‘Salaar’ and many more. Chandru Selvaraj is handling the cinematography, while Shameer Muhammed is the editor.

On the other hand, Unni Mukundan’s previous outing was with the film ‘Jai Ganesh’.
