’ and was spellbound watching the movie. Apologising for watching the movie so late, Ranjith marked the movie as a ‘beautiful’ one. “Thoroughly engaging and thoroughly depressing,” he wrote, reviewing the 2018 release. Praising the cinematography, music and actors, Ranjith Sankar has referred to the movie as a ‘global cinema from Malayalam’.

Ranjith Sankar has crafted four scripts during the lockdown, which includes a family entertainer, an action movie, a socio-political thriller, and an experimental movie based on the lockdown, which he will be announcing soon.
