‘Ranga and Rolex are completely different’, says ‘Aavesham’ actor Fahadh Faasil

As anticipation mounts for the release of the action-packed film 'Aavesham', actor Fahadh Faasil dismisses comparisons between his character Ranga and the iconic Rolex from the Tamil blockbuster 'Vikram'. Addressing speculations surrounding Ranga's portrayal, Fahadh Faasil asserts that the two characters are distinct entities, offering unique experiences for audiences.

Since the unveiling of teaser trailers and posters, viewers have eagerly awaited Fahadh Faasil's portrayal of the intense thug character Ranga in 'Aavesham'.However, comparisons to Rolex from 'Vikram' have sparked debates among fans, prompting Fahadh Faasil to set the record straight.

Speaking at a promotional event for 'Aavesham', slated for release on April 11, Fahadh Faasil emphasizes the novelty of Ranga's character, stating, "Ranga in 'Aavesham' is unlike any character we've seen before." Addressing queries regarding similarities with Rolex, Fahadh Faasil firmly states, "There is no resemblance between Rolex and Ranga. Ranga brings a different kind of energy and fun to the screen."

Directed by Jithu Madhavan, 'Aavesham' promises to deliver a thrilling blend of action and drama, elevating the audience's expectations with the director's proven talent showcased in his debut film 'Romancham'.
Meanwhile, the movie has already minted more than Rs 78 lakhs in pre-sales which is way more than 'Varshangalkku Shesham'.
