Rajisha Vijayan starrer ‘June’ has clocked four today (Feb 15). It been four years since its initial release, and to commemorate the day, Rajisha Vijayan dropped a memorable throwback video, from the sets of ‘June’. In the video, she is seen along with her other co-stars, and Arjun Ashokan, who was one of the cast captured the moment.
Sharing the video on her social media handle, Rajisha Vijayan said, “When a bunch of psychos were cast in a movie. ��My June family madness.”
She recalled, “This was Jishnu’s birthday and the all the credit to the song and steps goes to Vaishnavi. Right before we even started shooting we had created this special bond which felt like we knew each other since ages. ♥️ And the one behind the camera is June’s Anand

Directed by Ahammed Khabeer, ‘June’ told the story of a young girl who feels she doesn’t have any special talent, but gradually matures to an independent woman. Rajisha Vijayan essayed the role of the titular character June, while actors Joju George, and Aswathi Menon played the role of her parents. Actors Sarjano Khalid, and Arjun Ashokan, played June’s love interest, while Sunny Wayne essayed the role of her partner.
The coming-of-age story clicked well with the audience, and ‘June’ became a turning point in Rajisha Vijayan’s career.
