Cold Case

. The actor joined the sets of the film in Thiruvananthapuram on Diwali day and photos of him donning the khaki and looking dapper as ever has already got the fans raving about his previous police officer roles and anticipating how different this venture would be.

On the movie, which also has Aditi Balan as part of the cast, its director Tanu had earlier told us, “It’s an investigative thriller set in Thiruvananthapuram. It draws inspiration from real-life incidents but overall it’s a fictional story. It has a reasonable budget. Though it doesn’t have action sequences, it is still a big project. Prithviraj plays an investigative officer in the film and most of his scenes are set indoors. There are only a few scenes with crowds.” Cold Case is scripted by Srinath V Nath,

Prithviraj had two days ago completed his portions for Dijo Jose Antony’s Jana Gana Mana, which also has Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead.
