‘Premalu’ box office collections day 47: Naslen’s comedy film mints Rs 51 lakhs

Audiences are doubling over with laughter as Naslen and Girish AD's comedy drama, 'Premalu', continues its successful march at the box office, clocking an impressive Rs 51 lakhs on its forty-seventh day of release.

'Premalu' has earned a total collection of Rs 66.99 crore in a remarkable span of 47 days, reports Sacnilk. With Rs 55.91 crores contributed from Malayalam audiences, Rs 11.13 crores from Telugu viewers, and Rs 2.95 crores from Tamil audiences, 'Premalu' has indeed turned out to be an all time blockbuster.

On Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 'Premalu' maintained a good occupancy rate, recording an overall 16.41% attendance in Malayalam theaters. Morning shows boasted a 13.44% occupancy, afternoon shows at 14.78%, evening shows holding strong at 16.08%, and night shows peaking at an impressive 21.33% occupancy.


Simultaneously, the film enjoyed a commendable 13.18% occupancy in Telugu theaters on the same day. With morning shows drawing in 15.37% occupancy, afternoon shows at 14.26%, evening shows maintaining a respectable 11.24%, and night shows captivating viewers with an 11.85% occupancy, 'Premalu' continues to impress the Telugu audiences and all thanks to Girish AD's minimalistic style of story telling that connects with the viewers.

Starring Naslen and Mamitha Baiju in lead roles, 'Premalu' spins around the romantic tale of a youngster named Sachin.
