‘Premalu’ box office collections day 31: Mamitha Baiju starrer crosses Rs 51 crore

Director Girish AD's recently released comedy-drama 'Premalu' continues its remarkable journey at the box office, achieving a significant milestone by crossing the Rs 51 crore mark in just 31 days since its release. The film, which boasts a wide release in Telugu, has garnered widespread acclaim and audience appreciation, marking its status as a commercial hit.

According to the latest reports from the Sacnilk website, 'Premalu' has minted an impressive collection of Rs 51.05 crores, with a substantial portion of Rs 49.62 crores coming from Kerala and Rs 1.43 crores from Telugu-speaking regions.The film's success transcends domestic boundaries, with a cumulative worldwide collection reaching a staggering Rs 97.80 crore. Overseas, 'Premalu' has also made a significant impact, grossing Rs 37.50 crore.
The film's box office dominance is further highlighted by its impressive occupancy rates across theaters. In Kerala, 'Premalu' maintained an exceptional 62.13% occupancy on Sunday, March 10, 2024, with occupancy rates peaking during evening shows at 73.25%. Similarly, in Telugu territories, the film recorded a respectable overall occupancy of 33.92%, with afternoon and evening shows witnessing particularly strong turnouts.
