Pranav Mohanlal starrer ‘Hridayam’ to release on January 21, 2022

One of the most awaited Mollywood films, ‘Hridayam,’ directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, should hit the screens on January 21, next year. We hear that the movie is currently in the certification process.The film’s song ‘Darshana,’ composed and sung by Hesham Abdul Wahab, had recently become a hit on social media. The song, penned by singer Arun Alatt, features Pranav Mohanlal as the character Arun and Darshana Rajendran in the role of Darshana. The song hits that the duo were collegemates in early 2000s and were in a relationship, in the story. The romantic drama also has Anandam and Velipadinte Pusthakam fame Arun Kurian in a prominent role. Interestingly, the movie was shot in the alma mater of director – actor Vineeth, where he studied along with Divya, who later became his wife. Last year around January, Vineeth had even gone to Istanbul to record music for Hridayam, which also has a track sung by actor – director Prithviraj Sukumaran. The team had also announced that they will be releasing a few audio cassettes and vinyl records to bring out its music.
