'Prakambanam' box office collections day 3: Ganapathi film sees strong growth; Mints over Rs 3 crore worldwide

The new horror comedy 'Prakambanam' has surprised everyone with a strong jump on day 3. The movie made more than Rs 3 crores worldwide and this growth is surely impressive. The film started slow but is now moving in a better way than expected.

Day wise numbers look much better now

Reports from the Sacnilk website says that day 1 collection was Rs 38 lakhs. Day 2 was Rs 90 lakhs and day 3 jumped to Rs 1.51 crore. So the total Malayalam net is now Rs 2.79 crore.




The worldwide collection stands at Rs 3.12 crore. The India net is Rs 2.79 crore and the India gross is Rs 3.12 crore. For a movie with a small budget and simple promotions, these numbers feel solid.

The film stars Ganapathi, Sagar Surya, Sheethal Joseph, and AL Ameen. It is directed by Vijesh Panathur. If the numbers soar more, 'Prakambanam' could be another surprise hit like 'Romancham'.
