Prachi Tehlan is planning to seek solace in meditation during the tough pandemic times. The ‘Mamangam’ actress recently took to her social media handle and spoke about practicing meditation for self-care and happiness.
Introducing her coach, she penned, “I want to start with meditation to have more positive outlook of self care and my own happiness. I have always been someone who thinks a lot and cares too much for my loved ones.
Caring too much for people makes you emotionally close to them and then you feel affected with everything good and bad that happens to them and what they do to you. I am learning how important it is to detach and know how people behave with you is their outlook towards you. Crying is perfectly fine. Crying doesn’t mean you are weak. Laughing without a reason when you feel overwhelmed is perfectly fine. Doesn’t mean you have lost your mind. Bonds and relationships work with better communication and understanding each other. Being egoist and stubborn doesn’t help. What’s meant to be yours will find it’s way. And I feel motivated to find my happiness with this little change in my life. ❤️.”
Prachi Tehlan also penned that her target for the year is good health and in order to achieve that, she has listed out some goals, which include, waking up at 5’o clock in the morning, read spiritual and motivational books, introducing meditation as a new way of life, help orphan children, sharing knowledge, and spending quality time with family among others.
