#PlankChallenge: Kaniha is sweating it out at her home!

Bhagyadevatha’ actress Kaniha can’t skip her fitness routine, no matter what. The lovely actress has now shared a video of a plank challenge that her trainer has given. She is doing 10 up and down planks in 15 seconds duration. Kaniha has also asked her fans to share how much planks they can do within the given time frame. Kaniha’s video is sure to give you some fitness goals.

Kaniha is one of the popular stars in the Malayalam cinema. Mollywood movie buff became more familiar with Kaniha with the 2009 movie ‘Bhagyadevatha’. She essayed Daisy and co-starred along with Jayaram in the movie. The movie entertained families well and Kaniha rocketed to fame. The same year, she starred in ‘Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja’, a period movie directed by Hariharan, which later on became one of the biggest hits in Mollywood. She was paired opposite Mammootty in the magnum opus. Later she appeared in ‘Spirit’, starring Mohanlal, which also made an impact on the audience.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kaniha was last seen in the Mammootty-starer ‘Mamangam’, essaying a supporting cast. The actress will be next seen in an upcoming Tamil movie titled ‘Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir’. Kaniha will be playing a Sri Lankan refugee and she is sharing screen space with Vijay Sethupathi.
