Pashanam Shaji to don the cap of a filmmaker

Actors stepping into filmmaking have become almost a trend in M-Town. Now, actor and comedian Saju Navodaya aka

Pashanam Shaji

is also making his foray into direction. The actor has announced the movie and its title. He will be making his directorial debut with ‘Panavally Pandavas.’ Saju himself is crafting the script.

The actor himself announced the project. As per the sources, the movie is a sport-based movie. It apparently revolves around a football team and the rivalry between two teams. The movie has former footballer I M Vijayan playing a pivotal role. Actors Salim Kumar, Sohan Seenulal and Noby will be playing some important roles in the movie. Bankrolled by Anurag Media, the project will start by the first week of August. The team has also announced a casting call to select some of the cast.
