‘Paalum Pazhuavum’ box office collection day 7: Meera Jasmine starrer slows down but is expected to go up during the weekend

VK Prakash’s directorial ‘Paalum Pazhavum’ featuring Meera Jasmine and Aswin Jose in the lead roles, hit the theatres on August 23. As the film headed towards the end of the first week, the film witnessed a slow down. On Thursday, August 29, ‘Paalum Pazhavum’ collected Rs 2 lakh from the home state, according to a report by Sacnilk. The film has collected Rs 50 lakh in a week. The numbers are expected to go up considering the weekend is approaching.

The film revolves around Sunil, a 23-year-old engineering dropout, and Sumi, a 33-year-old ambitious and intellectual woman, who happen to cross paths. Starring Meera Jasmine and Aswin Jose, the film also has actors Shanthi Krishna, Ashokan, Maniyanpillai Raju, Nisha Sarangh, Rachana Narayanankutty, Mithun Ramesh, Sumesh Chandran, Adil Ibrahim, Shinu Shyamalan, Thushara, Vineeth Ramachandran, and Atul Ram Kumar in supporting roles.
