Omar Lulu’s ‘Nalla Samayam’ gets a release date

After the comedy entertainer film ‘Dhamaka’ the Mollywood director Omar Lulu is all set to direct his next film ‘Nalla Samayam’ with the actor Irshad in the lead role. Recently the director Omar Lulu announced via his Facebook handle that ‘Nalla Samayam’ will be hitting the big screens on November 18 this year and the trailer for the film will be unveiled on November 12 at 8 pm.

Omar Lulu took to his official Facebook handle to announce the release date of ‘Nalla Samayam’ by penning a note that read, “Announcing the release date of ‘Nalla Samayam’ which is set for November 18 as it happens to be the day in which my debut film ‘Happy Wedding’ started rolling. Trailer on November 12th at 8 pm.”

It was on the last day that the makers of ‘Nalla Samayam’ unveiled the promo song titled ‘Freak Lookil Friendsumayi’ from the movie. The promo song introduces a set of newbie actors and hints that the film will be yet another colorful entertainer from the director. The promo song also features the actress Mareena Michael who has acted in Omar Lulu’s previous films. The song was crooned by Bindhu Anirudhan, Jeenu Nazeer, and Chitra S. The lyrics were penned by Rajeev Alunkal, and Rap portions by Indulekha Warrier.
Helmed by the director Omar Lulu, ‘Nalla Samayam’ showcases a series of events happening over a night, and the film also features the actors Vijeesh and Jayaraj Warrier in pivotal roles.
Meanwhile, Omar Lulu has the action entertainer ‘Power Star’ in the pipeline. The movie features the evergreen superstar Babu Antony in the lead.
