‘Oh Meri Laila’ teaser: Antony Varghese starrer promises a romantic entertainer

Mollywood’s young icon Antony Varghese is all set to headline the upcoming movie ‘Oh Meri Laila’ and from the teaser which was released on the last day, it can be assumed that the makers are offering a complete fun entertainer coupled with college romance as the key element.

The teaser opens with Antony Varghese’s character having a funny interaction with his family and gradually it's understood that he is in love with a girl in college.The colorful visuals add up to the romantic feel and also the film seems to be a different outing from Antony Varghese Pepe who is no stranger to action and violent movies. The expectation levels among the audiences for ‘Oh Meri Laila’ is indeed high as they are waiting for what new element the actor and director will be bringing to the table apart from the usual college romance trope. Debutant actress Nandhana Rajan will be playing the female lead in ‘Oh Meri Laila’.

Helmed by the director Abhishek KS, the script of ‘Oh Meri Laila’ is penned down by the writer Anuraj OB and the editing section will be handled by Kiran Das. Bablu Aju is roped in as the cinematographer and the music is composed by Ankit Menon and the background score is by Gopi Sundar. The lyrics of the songs in ‘Oh Meri Laila’ are penned by Shabareesh Varma and Vinayak Sasikumar.
Apart from Antony Varghese Pepe, ‘Oh Meri Laila’ also features the actors Senthil Krishna, Nandu, Balachandran Chullikadu, and Sona Olickal in pivotal roles.
