No court order against me: Asin

For the past few days, rumours had been going around that Asin's flat in Kochi is being mortgaged by authorities, as the actress owed a private interior designing agency Rs 10 lakhs and refused to pay up. Asin has now released a clarification, where she says that there is no order by the Court for any legal confiscation of the apartment whatsoever.
The press note adds that the agency, even after extending the deadlines several times, was not able to complete the design works and legal process was initiated to terminate their services.However, the interior design company approached the Ernakulam District Court with a misleading petition that the actor owed the company Rs.10 lakh for services rendered. The court has issued a legal notice for the confiscation of Asin’s apartment is absolutely untrue and baseless, it says.
