Nithya Menen opens up about a viral ‘film reviewer’ who stalked her for 6 years

Shaji Kailas’ directorial movie received several positive responses from the audience as the film brought out the 90s-style Mollywood action entertainers with a new twist. Prithviraj Sukumaran played the lead character Kuriachan in the film and Vivek Oberoi played the villain. Nithya Menen - Vijay Sethupathi starrer thriller ‘19(1)(a) had a direct to OTT release and the film is available to watch on a popular OTT platform. The film is directed by the debutant Indhu VS and tells the mundane life of a woman running a photocopy shop. Nithya Menen played the female lead character in the movie and the actors Vijay Sethupathi and Indrajith Sukumaran played the characters Gauri Shankar and Anand respectively. The film is said to be a very slow-paced thriller that deals with several socially relevant issues. If you love to watch a slow-burning thriller then ‘19(1)(a) is your cup of tea.

Jayasurya starrer investigation thriller ‘John Luther’ got many positive reviews from the audience when it hit the big screens and finally, the film is available to view on a popular OTT platform. The film is directed by the debutant Abhijith Joseph and the story revolves around the missing case of a teacher named Prakashan and a cop named John Luther on a hunt to solve the mysterious disappearance. The film is stacked with magnificent performances from the actors Jayasurya, Siddique, Deepak Parambol, Drishya Raghunath, and Pramod Velliyanad.

Kerala State Award-winning experimental movie ‘Avasa Vyooham’ is finally available to view on a popular OTT platform. Apart from bagging the best film award at the 52nd Kerala State Film Awards, ‘Avasa Vyooham’ also got a standing ovation from the audience when it was screened at the International Film festival of Kerala which was held in Thiruvananthapuram. The film was also initially developed as a superhero movie which was later turned into an experimental one. If you are a fan of art films, then Krishand RK’s directorial film is definitely worth your time for this weekend.

Nithya Menen reportedly termed the person who stalked her as a ‘pest’ and also said that her parents, who are usually calm, used to talk angrily at him when he started calling frequently. Nithya Menen reportedly said that the person has been harassing and stalking her for over 6 years.
Nithya Menen also said during an interview with an online media that her parents tried to block the number of the ‘stalker’, yet he kept on calling from over 30 phone numbers.
Meanwhile, for the unversed, the person whom Nithya Menen referred to as a ‘stalker’ became famous when he passed a statement that he was in love with Nithya Menen. Being a ‘usual’ moviegoer, this statement regarding Nithya Menen made him famous and the netizens even coined a term for him saying ‘Aaradukayaanu Annan’.
On the other hand, Nithya Menen’s recently released thriller ‘19(1)(a)’ is getting good responses from the audience. The film, which was a direct-to-OTT release, was directed by the debutant Indhu VS and also features the actors Vijay Sethupathi and Indrajith Sukumaran in pivotal roles.
