’s Malayalam film Thondimudalum Driksakshiyum. In the movie she plays Sreeja, a young woman who elopes and has an inter-caste marriage with Suraj Venjaramoodu. The critically acclaimed film revolves around Nimisha’s gold chain, which Fahadh Faasil’s character steals during a bus journey. The actress was lauded for her realistic performance in the movie. Though she has just acted in two films, Eeda and Thondimudalum Driksakshiyum, Nimisha is considered as an actress with great potential. Critics even consider her as a candidate for State’s best actress award -2017.


In Eeda, Nimisha plays Aishwarya, a young woman who falls in love with Anand (Shane Nigam) who belongs to rival political families living in politically sensitive Kannur, in Kerala. Her acting in this movie was also appreciated widely. She is currently working on director Madhupal’s upcoming Malayalam film Oru Kuprasidha Payyan along with Tovino Thomas.

Recently, one of her vidoes went viral in which she is seen making parottas on the sets of a film and a 'photo story' which portrays her as a mother, Draupadi, who seeks revenge on the one who attacked and killed her little daughter.

According to her, in real life, she is totally opposite to the nadan characters she has portrayed as she is a perfect city girl. Her Malayalam isn’t perfect but she has promised herself that she will soon dub for herself.
