Nikhila Vimal Photos: Beautiful pics of the new-age Mollywood actress Nikhila Vimal

Nikhila Vimal, the young actress made her entry in the world of showbiz through Malayalam film Bhagyadevatha in 2009, directed by Sathyan Anthikad. The actress who was then a school-going student portrayed the role of actor Jayaram’s sister in it.

The Kannur-born beautiful lass got popular among the Malayali audience through her role Kabani Karthika in the film Love 24x7. She played the love interest of actor Dileep’s character in the movie. Nikhila got recognised for her role which spoke in Thiruvananthapuram’s rural accent in the film. After her first Malayalam movie in lead role, Nikhila had tested waters in other languages also and was successful to grab some interesting Tamil films like Kidaari and Panjumittai and Meda Meeda Abbayi (the remake of Malayalam film Oru Vadakkan Selfie) in Telugu.

Nikhila Vimal, who is a graduate in B.Sc Botany, is also a trained classical dancer. Born to dance teacher Kalamandalam Vimala Devi, she is well-versed in Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi and Kerala Nadanam.

After a hiatus, the vibrant actress is back to Mollywood through Aravindante Athidhikal directed by

M Mohanan

. Nikhila plays the lead role Varada, an aspiring classical dancer and is paired opposite Vineeth Sreenivasan in the romantic drama.

Meanwhile, the actress is turning a busy bee in tinsel town with her upcoming movie, Ranga, Tamil film with Sibiraj and Gayathri, Telugu movie starring Mohan Babu.
