‘Never spoken ill of Saritha or Devika’, says Mukesh

Renowned Malayalam actor and MLA Mukesh recently opened up about his past marriages with Saritha and Methil Devika, expressing a dignified and respectful stance towards both relationships.

In an interview with Manorama News, Mukesh conveyed a message of maturity and understanding, highlighting divorce as a natural part of life and refraining from speaking ill about his former partners.


Addressing the scrutiny surrounding his evaluations of Saritha and Methil Devika, Mukesh emphasized his consistent restraint from making derogatory remarks about them. He remarked on the typical scenario in divorce proceedings where blame is often shifted, but he maintained his stance of not speaking negatively about his ex-wives, commending their ability to make decisions and move forward without harboring hatred.

Mukesh stressed the importance of granting freedom to loved ones to make their choices, stating that he holds no grudges against them for their decisions. He even extended advice to his children, advocating against causing harm to their mother under any circumstance.

Regarding his second wife, Devika, Mukesh highlighted his contentment and clarified incidents where media attention seemed to anticipate negativity, but he commended Devika's approach in the face of media speculation, acknowledging her statement that their decision was mutual and devoid of accusations of domestic violence.

Reflecting on challenging times, the actor-politician remarked on his ability to deliver his best during crises, attributing it to fate and considering it a form of blessing.
