The plot of 'Identity' is about a mysterious murder witnessed by a young woman named Alisha. ACP Allen Jacob, played by Vinay Rai, is assigned to investigate the case and enlists the help of Haran Shankar, a skilled sketch artist portrayed by Tovino Thomas. Together with Alisha's assistance, they create a sketch that leads them to a powerful suspect.

The film marks the second collaboration between Tovino Thomas and the directors after 'Forensic'.

The cast includes Aju Varghese, Giju John, Adithya Menon, Mandira Bedi as Supriya, Reba Monica John, and Shammi Thilakan in key roles.
