Actor
Nazriya Nazim, who has been away from the limelight and largely inactive on social media, has resurfaced with a powerful
Instagram story that caught fans by surprise. The post, which was a nod to the cult classic 'Trainspotting', delivered a raw reflection on choices of life.
Her story read, “Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a *****big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase in a range of ***** fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing *****junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, *****your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, ****up brats you spawned to replace yourself. Choose your future.”

The words are originally from a satirical monologue from Irvine Welsh’s novel 'Trainspotting' and later its film adaptation.
The quotes can be seen as Nazriya’s own raw reflection on the “dullness” of life.
Earlier in April: Nazriya broke her silence
Back in April, Nazriya had opened up about her absence through another heartfelt Instagram post. “I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to take a moment to share why I've been absent for a while,” she wrote. “Over the past few months, I've been struggling with my emotional well-being and personal challenges that have made it difficult for me to be present.” The actress also apologized to her fans for missing out on her 30th year birthday celebrations and the 'Sookshmadarshini' success event.
Meanwhile, Nazriya's previous outing in Mollywood was the suspense drama film 'Sookshmadarshini' starring Basil Joseph in the lead.
