‘Nazhoori Paalu’: First song from Saiju Kurup's 'Porattu Nadakam' out!

The makers of Saiju Kurup's upcoming film 'Porattu Nadakam' have released the film's first song, 'Nazhoori Paalu'. Sung by Rahul Raj and Sithara Krishnakumar, the soundtrack is composed by Rahul Raj and brings a melodious touch to the film's quirky antics.

The song features Saiju Kurup's character taking care of a cow in an amusing and light-hearted manner. Though the reason for his involvement with the cow remains unclear, his playful and humorous approach lends charm to the track. The music video also provides glimpses of other notable cast members, including Rahul Madhav and Dharmajan Bolgatty.

Set in the village of Gopalapuram in northern Kerala, 'Porattu Nadakam' unfolds over the span of 21 days and features satirical elements that form the crux of the film.

The earlier unveiled teaser showcased a man demonstrating in front of a cooperative bank while an ambulance is parked nearby. He accuses the bank of exploitation, yet insists he has no political affiliations, hinting at an investigation into a possible scam.

Directed by Naushad Saffron, the film takes its name from a renowned folk-art form in Palakkad. 'Porattu Nadakam' boasts a talented cast that includes Saiju Kurup, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Ramesh Pisharody, Rahul Madhav, Nirmal Palazhy, and Arjun Vijayan.

On the other hand, Saiju Kurup's previous outing was with the Jayaram starrer medical thriller 'Abraham Ozler'.
