Nayanthara and Mohanlal walk away with the Best Actor awards at SIIMA

The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), which was held at Abu Dhabi, on July 1, captured the attention of one and all, and the awardees were more than happy to have received the same.
As the nominees fetched their respective awards, all eyes were on the Best Actor (Male and Female) award, as to who will walk away with the prestigious laurel.The audiences' imaginations were put to rest, when actor Mohanlal and Nayanthara were given the awards in the Best Actor category.
While Mohanlal received the award for his role in the blockbuster hit Pulimurugan, Nayanthara’s portrayal of a mentally torn Vasuki, following an assault, in the film Puthiya Niyamam grabbed attention for bringing out a realistic picture.
