Naslen and Mamitha Baiju’s ‘Premalu’ gets a release date

Girish AD directorial 'Premalu' starring Naslen and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles is gearing up for release. The makers have confirmed that the film will be released in cinemas ahead of Valentine’s Day, on February 9.

The team confirmed the release date via their social media handle and said, “Premalu in theatres on February 9th.”

The fun-packed trailer for the film was launched recently. It promised a full-fledged romantic comedy entertainer. The on-screen chemistry between the lead characters and the humour in the trailer managed to strike a chord with the audience.

‘Premalu’ is set against the backdrop of Hyderabad. The upcoming film also features Shyam Mohan, Akhila Bhargavan, Sangeeth Prathap, Althaf Salim, and Meenakshi Raveendran, among others, in important roles.

The screenplay for 'Premalu' is written by Girish AD and Kiran Josey.

Ajmal Sabu handles the cinematography of the film, and the editing is done by Akash Joseph Varghese. The songs are composed by Vishnu Vijay, and the lyrics are penned by Suhail Koya.

The art department is handled by Vinod Raveendran. The costumes are designed by Dhanya Balakrishnan, and the makeup is done by Ronex Xavier. The late Jolly Bastin choreographed the action for the film. The dance moves are choreographed by Sreejith Dancity.
