'Naalu Pennungal' actor Ravi Vallathol passes away at the age of 67

Ravi marked his debut into M-Town with the 1987 movie 'Swathi Thirunal'. He has collaborated with ace filmmaker Adoor Gopalakrishnan for several movies. Some of his notable performances include in movies like 'Mathilukal', 'Naalu Pennungal', 'Vidheyan', and Samantharangal' among others. The actor was also interested in writing and has penned over 20 short stories.
Ravi Vallathol is survived by his wife Geethalakshmi.
M-town celebs including Mammootty, Mohanlal, Jagadeesh, Tovino Thomas and others have mourned the demise of Ravi Vallathol.

Ravi Vallathol was the son of a famous Drama legend T.N Gopinathan Nair, also the nephew of famous Malayalam poet Vallathol Narayana Menon.Ravi Vallathol had a career in Malayalam films and TV serials, although not very rewarding. He acted in Naalu Pennungal (Four Women) is a 2007 Malayalam film produced and directed by Adoor Gopalakrishnan based on four short stories written by Thakazhi Sivasankara Pillai.
