My hard work has finally paid off: Sidhartha Siva
101 Chodhiyangal makes it to the feature film catergory of International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2013
When Sidhartha Siva received the National Award for best debut director for 101 Chodhiyangal, he was unhappy that the film was labelled as an art film. But with its entry to the The 44th International Film Festival of India (IFFK) 2013, he feels it has received its due.
“The National award hit me badly when I learnt that it was tagged as an art film. The film distributors saw no commercial value in the movie.
Now I am ecstatic and feels my hard work has finally paid off,” says Sidhartha.
