After the heartwarming movie ‘Adios Amigo’, the Mollywood actor
Suraj Venjaramoodu is all set to step into an action thriller with the upcoming film ‘Mura’. According to the latest updates, ‘Mura’ is all set for a theatrical release on October 18.
Earlier the makers had unveiled the teaser for the film which promised an action thriller that revolves around a group of youngsters who were caught in a mishap. Helmed by the director Muhammad Musthafa, who is best known for the critically acclaimed Anna Ben starrer ‘Kappela’, the expectations are quite high for this action flick.
The previously unveiled teaser for the film showed a group of youngsters who are involved in a daring mission to retrieve a big stash of black money which is hidden in a secret location. Suraj Venjaramoodu is shown as the mastermind of this operation, and the audiences can expect a different and intense style of acting from the ‘Adios Amigo’ actor.
The teaser ended with a strong and catchy dialogue from Suraj Venjaramoodu saying, “Let them grow. They are kids.”
With ‘Mura’ the ‘All We Imagine as Light’ actor Hridhu Haroon will be stepping into the Malayalam film industry for the first time. The movie also has an amazing cast which includes Kannan Nair, Kani Kusruti, and many others.
On the other hand, Suraj Venjaramoodu’s previous outing was with the Asif Ali starrer ‘Adios Amigo’. Receiving only mediocre reviews from the audiences, ‘Adios Amigo’ unfortunately failed to mint any good numbers at the box office. Looking ahead, Suraj has the most awaited Vinayakan starrer comedy-drama film ‘Thekku Vadakku’ in the pipeline.
