‘Monster’ director Vysakh hits back at a troller who commented that the Mohanlal starrer is a zombie movie

As the Mollywood superstar Mohanlal’s ‘Monster’ is heading to the big screens on October 21st, the netizens have shared several speculations about the genre of the movie which is not yet revealed in the trailer or by the makers. Recently, a Facebook user commented that the Mohanlal starrer is a zombie movie and the director Vysakh replied to the comment saying not to pass out rumors about the movie.

The Facebook user commented that ‘Monster’ falls under the category of a zombie movie and that too was made under a budget of Rs 8 crores. Director Vysakh replied to the troller by saying that it's such a shameful act to pass comments saying that ‘Monster’ comes under the category of a zombie movie. The director further mentioned that he has clearly stated ‘Monster’ is not a zombie movie and even if people try to degrade the movie, if the audience loves it, ‘Monster’ would turn out to be a success.

Meanwhile, the expectations for ‘Monster’ are really high as the director Vysakh previously said in an interview that the Mohanlal starrer would be a unique attempt in Mollywood and he was reportedly impressed by the terrific script penned by Uday Krishna.
Mohanlal also said in the promotional video for ‘Monster’ that the movie is so special for him and the script is something unique and entertaining.
Helmed by the director Vysakh, ‘Monster’ marks the second team-up of ‘Pulimurugan’ director with Mohanlal and for the same reason, the audiences are expecting another hit from the duo.
