Mohanlal: Will think about resigning in future

The speculative news about a possible split inside the A.M.M.A and Mohanlal's resignation threat from the president post, both of which was denied and rubbished by A.M.M.A. through their Facebook post, again came to the spotlight at yesterday's press meet.
Mohanlal, when asked about the rumors about his resignation from A.M.M.A president post, replied that he at present is working to take this association forward in the right direction and not thinking about resigning, but added that he'll think about resigning from the post if he doesn't get the expected cooperation from A.M.M.A.members.
The actor was talking to media after the discussions with Padmapriya, Revathy and Parvathy who are members of both WCC and A.M.M.A. According to Mohanlal and the actresses who raised their concerns about women in Malayalam cinema, healthy discussions are in progress. Discussions to strengthen the activities of 'Women cell' in A.M.M.A and the further steps regarding the actress assault case were also discussed. The final decisions will be shared with media in coming days, assured Mohanlal in the press meet.
