Mohanlal ‘wants a wife’

It was already announced that director Jeethu Joseph’s next film will have Mohanlal playing the lead. The movie, touted to be a family subject, will see the actor playing a father of two daughters.
However, the director says he is in a dilemma; it seems it’s tough to find an actress to play Lal’s wife. “We are still on the lookout for a perfect match. The fact that she needs to play the mother of a plus two girl makes it even more difficult.None of the actresses we approached were willing to essay a mother’s role,” says Jeethu.
The movie is expected to start rolling in September, after Mohanlal completes the shoot of Priyadarshan’s Geetanjali. Meanwhile, Jeethu is busy with the final stages of his Prithviraj starrer thriller, Memories.
