Mohanlal to play a gemologist in Neerali?

has been progressing at breakneck speed and given that it’s happening in Mumbai and Pune, not many are privy to what the film is all about.

While we know that Mohanlal will be singing for the movie and also that Nadia Moidu and Parvatii Nair are part of the cast of the Ajoy Varma directorial, the latest information that has trickled down from the production unit is that Mohanlal will be playing a gemologist – a person who studies natural and artificial gem stones.

Mohanlal, meanwhile is also part of Rosshan Andrrews’ Kayamkulam Kochunni, and will resume the final schedule of VA Shrikumar’s

Odiyan

, which also has Prakash Raj and Manju Warrier.
