Miya’s dreamy pre-wedding ceremonies

is all set to get married to businessman Ashwin Philip today at a church in Ernakulam, at 2.30 pm. Following the event that would be streamed on Youtube, there would be a reception in the evening. We hear that following the Covid – 19 protocol, the wedding ceremony would be attended by her close friends and relatives.

Even before the wedding ceremony, things were quite colourful on the eve of her special day, we hear. The pre-wedding function named ‘Madhuramveppu,’ during which the to-be-bride gets fed sweets by her family and friends was the highlight of it all. The pretty actress wore a kasavu saree for the function, with a motif blouse embellished with detailing. She also wore a palakka mala that complimented her look, in terms of jewellery.

A few days ago, a few adorable snaps from a surprise bridal shower that was thrown by her friends were also doing rounds on social media. It’s on August 25 that Miya got officially engaged to her fiancé Ashwin at St Thomas Cathedral, Pala. Miya had worn a shimmery lehenga in onion pink, which had its pattern inspired from ancient European Damask motifs. Ashwin had worn a mint green Nehur suit model waist coat and trousers.In June, the families had come together for an informal ceremony in Kottayam, post which the news of the actress getting engaged had gone viral.

In Malayalam, Miya was seen last in the Lal Junior film ‘Driving Licence,’ which had Prithviraj and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles.
