Miya goes retro for her cameo

Actress Miya rocked her retro look in the Tamil movie Amarakavyam, and her role had won praise even from stars like Nayanthara.
She will soon be seen in a similar get up for the first time in M-Town in the film Valleem Thetti Pulleem Thetti, directed by debutant Rishi Sivakumar. The director says, “Miya does a guest role in the film and she will be presented with a 90s look.She has no love interest in the story and as of now, this is all I can reveal about her character.” The movie has Kunchacko Boban and Shamlee in the lead, and the film is set in the 90s. The actress is also excited about playing her part that will have her in the much-loved naadan look. “Though mine is a cameo, I loved the story. I wear ethnic costumes like daavani in the movie, which Mollywood audience have not seen me in, yet. The hairdo is also quite reminiscent of the popular yesteryear styles,” says the actress.
