Filmmaker Midhun Manuel Thomas is celebrating a decade in cinema. He began his journey in cinema by scripting Jude Anthany Joseph’s ‘Ohm Shanthi Oshaana’. The film was released on February 7, 2014, and as the film clocked 10, Midhun Manuel Thomas penned a gratitude note.

In a note shared on social media, Midhun Manuel Thomas celebrated the milestone and expressed gratitude to his friends, moviegoers, and critics. “My cinema journey has completed 10 years! Ohm Shanthi Oshana was released today, ten years ago. My heartfelt thanks to each and everyone - friends, critics, fellow film guys, the cinegoers - who have supported me throughout. I hope I can stay a little more to narrate some more tales!” Midhun Manuel Thomas said in his note.

A year after his entry, Midhun Manuel Thomas made his directorial debut. He helmed the 2015 release ‘Aadu’ starring Jayasurya. Its sequel emerged as a blockbuster. Midhun Manuel Thomas grabbed eyeballs in 2020 for his directorial ‘Anjaam Pathiraa’, a crime thriller. The film was a blockbuster and the moviegoers are eagerly waiting for its sequel.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Midhun Manuel Thomas’ recent outing was ‘Abraham Ozler’ starring Jayaram. Superstar Mammootty appeared in a cameo role in the film.
