Manu Ashokan’s ‘Kaanekkaane’ goes on floors

‘Uyare’ director Manu Ashokan’s next, titled ‘Kaanekkane’ went on floors today. The movie will see Tovino Thomas, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Aishwarya Lekshmi in the lead while Prem Prakash, Shruti Ramachandran, and Rony David Raj will be essaying pivotal characters in the movie. The makers kickstarted the shoot with an auspicious puja ceremony in Ernakulam.

in Ernakulam. ‘Kaanekkaane’ is bankrolled by T R Shamsudeen, under the banner of Dreamcatcher. Alby Antony has been roped in as the cinematographer for the movie, while Abhilash Balachandran will be the editor. Ranjin Raj of ‘Joseph’ fame is the music composer for this movie while Dileep Nath will be handling the art department.
