Manju Warrier and team rescued from the Himalayas

Actress Manju Warrier, Sanal Kumar Sasidharan and team who were stranded in the Himalayas due to the floods have been rescued.

Officials of Union Minister V Muraleedaran informed us that Manju and team who were stuck in Chatru, a small village in the Himalayas are now being shifted to the base camp. The official said, “Minister contacted the district authorities of Chatru and they sent rescue team to the spot. The team is now being shifted to the base camp which is 22 km far. As they reach the camp by walk, they will be moved to Manali.” The official also added that communication with them will happen only once they reach Manali.

Sanal Kumar Sasidharan was shooting in Himalayas for his upcoming movie Kayattam which has Manju in the lead.
