Manasa Radhakrishnan bags her Telugu debut with Anand Deverakonda

The movie is a crime thriller and its first schedule is already over. Manasa, who was last seen in Malayalam in the comedy drama
Manasa says she met the producer and director over a video call for the first time for a chat, post which she joined the crew. “The shoot was in Hyderabad and Araku Valley. They introduced me to Araku Valley, saying it is like Munnar in Kerala, and it truly was.”
The Malayali girl finds Telugu quite a tough language to master. She says, “While there are certain words I am familiar with, most of it sounds new for me. Thankfully, the production team has given me a script that is fully translated and I’m depending on it to understand the film better. To prepare, I also happened to watch the Telugu versions of certain Tamil movies. Then again, things are fine. Our director is also a Tamilian. My co-star Anand has also been very humble and patient, and he has been helping me quite a bit on the language front too.”

as Pawan Kalyan’s heroine. There have been no updates on that front yet, but Manasa has just bagged her Telugu debut film. In the movie, directed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker K V Guhan, Manasa will be sharing screen with Vijay Deverakonda’s brother Anand.Uriyadi
, tells us more, “The movie is currently titled Highway, I’m not sure whether there will be a title change. It’s the story of four people, on the highway and it is a crime thriller. I play one of the major characters in the film, who is a village girl namedTulsi
