Mammootty's unseen realms of acting to be showcased in 'Mamankam', says Sajeev Pillai

Sajeev Pillai, the director of upcoming Mammootty project 'Mamankam' has revealed that the actor has gone beyond his previous best for the role in 'Mamankam'. Sajeev in his Facebook account posted that Mammootty has explored the finest detailing of acting for his character in 'Mamankam'.

The director shared that the second schedule of this big-budget period drama has been completed, and wrote that the second phase was much different from the action-oriented first schedule. Sajeev said that Mammootty has taken special attention in detailing the finest expressions of the character and said the actor has lead the cinema by envisaging into the vast land of emotions. He also thanked Mammootty for detailing unexplored terrains of acting with the character in 'Mamankam', which the audience could never expect from the screen image of the great actor. He also added that Mammootty's performance for the movie gave him the confidence.

'Mamankam' tells the story of fearless warriors in Malabar who fight battles for their kings. Like Mammootty's previous history-based warrior movies like 'Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha', '

Pazhassi Raja

' etc, 'Mamankam' also sees high expectations from fans.
