The makers of ‘Turbo’ starring Mammootty have successfully completed the shoot. The team wrapped up the entire shoot after 104 days. Vysakh, the director of ‘Turbo, announced the exciting update via his social media handle.
In a note shared on Instagram on Monday, February 19, the director said, “Grateful for the journey! 104 days of relentless shooting, countless memories, and enduring bonds. Huge thanks to the incredible team behind the frames. Your support fuels my passion. I can't thank you enough, dear Mammookka, for your support. You're a lifesaver. Directed by Vysakh, ‘Turbo’ features Mammootty in the lead role. Raj B Shetty and Anjana Jayaprakash have been roped in to play a pivotal role in the film. The upcoming film is scripted by Midhun Manuel Thomas, best known for ‘Anjaam Pathira’. The music is scored by Justin Varghese. The film has cinematography by Vishnu Sarma, and editing by Shameer Muhammed.
As Vysakh is teaming up with Mammootty for the third time after ‘Pokkiri Raja’ and ‘Madhura Raja’, the expectations are huge. Given that Mammootty is on a roll these days, and also considering Vysakh's track record of delivering blockbuster hits, movie buffs have high hopes for ‘Turbo’.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Mammootty was recently seen in ‘Bramayugam’, directed by Rahul Sadasivan. The film is running successfully, and is also houseful in many centres.
On the other hand, Vysakh’s last outing was ‘Monster’, starring Mohanlal.
