Mammootty wears a shirt designed by a fan battling a rare neuromuscular disease

Legendary actor Mammootty recently brought immense joy to one of his fans, Jesfer Kottakunnu, by wearing a shirt designed by him at a public event.

Jesfer, a native of Malappuram, has been battling a rare neuromuscular disease called muscular dystrophy, which has left him paralyzed below the neck. Despite his condition, Jesfer's incredible talent and determination have shone through, as he creates beautiful artwork by holding a paintbrush between his teeth.

Jesfer had gifted a specially painted shirt to Mammootty, and the actor had promised to wear it.
Keeping his word, Mammootty attended an event wearing the unique shirt, much to Jesfer's delight. The actor was seen launching the promo song for the upcoming Vishnu Unnikrishnan starrer ‘Idiyan Chandhu’ while donning the beautifully designed shirt.

The moment was a dream come true for Jesfer, who has long admired Mammootty.
