Mammootty to team up with ‘Falimy’ director Nithish Sahadev

Mollywood superstar Mammootty is all set to join hands with the talented ‘Falimy’ director Nithish Sahadev for an upcoming project.



Nithish Sahadev took to his official Instagram handle to share a few glimpse of his meeting with the ‘Dominic and the ladies’ purse’ actor and penned a note that read, “Next padam with Mammookka Directed by Myself Written by - Anuraj Ob & Myself Project Designer: Agnivesh Ranjith #Mammootty #MammoottyKampany #soonrolling.”




The post was soon flooded with comments from movie buffs who were all excited about the team-up. One comment read, “Proud of you man..” Another comment read, “Make it fast please!.”


According to OTT Play reports, the Mammootty - Nithish Sahadev film will start rolling once the legendary actor wraps up the shoot of Mahesh Narayanan’s multi-starrer project.


Meanwhile, Mammootty was last seen in Gautham Vasudev Menon’s directorial investigative drama movie ‘Dominic and the ladies’ purse’. Even though the movie is getting decent reviews, the Mammootty starrer is not raking in good numbers as expected from the box office.


On the other hand, movie buffs are eagerly waiting for Nithish Sahadev’s outing with Mammootty as he has already proved his talent with the Basil Joseph starrer comedy film ‘Falimy’. ETimes review for the film reads, “Basil Joseph starrer Falimy turned out to be a pleasant surprise with an apt picturisation of middle-class life with a touch of natural humour. Director Nithish Sahadev's debut work hit theatres after a long struggle and it seems to be worth it with a good cast that didn't let the story and script down. The mode of presentation makes it very entertaining and the first half had the viewers in splits. The story focuses on a middle class family, consisting of a father, mother, their two sons and the grandfather, played respectively by Jagadeesh, Manju Pillai, Basil Joseph, Sandeep Pradeep and Meenaraj Raghavan.”
