She had sent tributes to the late actor by posting this picture, which was taken during one of the stage shows. “ The one and only time I participated in a Star Night tour. Miss Monisha and Sukumari Chechi. In memory of both of them and Venu chettan ����,” she penned, sharing the picture.

Mammootty was heartbroken by the news of Nedumudi Venu’s demise. The duo first met on the sets of ‘Komaram’, a 1982 release, and later their bond evolved over the years. Mammootty penned an emotional note talking about the good old days and also shared this rare picture he had taken with the late actor. And we think the picture speaks for itself.

Late Nedumudi Venu was more of a father-like figure for Manju Warrier. Starting from the 1998 film ‘Daya’ to the recent ‘Marakkar: Arabikkadalinte Simham’, they have only worked in a few films but had a huge rapport off-screen.
