Mammootty packs a punch in new stills from 'Shylock'

Be it a critically acclaimed movie, period drama or a mass entertainer, Mammootty keeps his audience entertained with his unmatchable acting skills. Giving each character an identity of its own, the actor goes on to experiment with different looks, dialects and mannerisms. With more than 400 films to his credit, Mammootty continues to remain passionate about cinema even at the age of 67.Recently the actor delivered his biggest blockbuster 'Mamangam', a period drama that narrated the story of Chaavers (warriors) of the Mamankam festival which was hosted in the 16-17 century.
All set for his next, 'Shylock', Mammootty will be seen essaying the titular of a ruthless moneylender. The trailer that was released impressed fans and now here are some interesting stills from the film which give a glimpse of Mammootty’s action packed, stylish avatar.
Directed by Ajai Vasudev, 'Shylock' marks the third collaboration of the megastar and the director. The movie also marks the debut of Tamil actor Rajkiran and will see Meena essaying the leading lady. Debutants Bibin Mohan and Aneesh Hameed have crafted the script while Renadive has cranked the camera. Joby George is bankrolling the project under the banner of Goodwill Entertainment. Gopi Sundar has composed the music and BK Harinarayanan has penned the lyrics. Touted to be a family entertainer, the movie will hit the screens soon.
